Academic Enrichment and Curriculum Assistance Programs
(CCS-AEP and CA)

Students with learning and/or attention differences (diagnosed or un-diagnosed) are part of any academic institution.  CCS currently has over 400 students enrolled for the upcoming school year.  A number of our students require some type of academic remediation and/or enrichment, beyond the classroom instruction their regular teachers are able to provide.  We are committed to serving the needs of all our students to ensure academic progress and success.

CCS has a staff of highly trained, certified specialists who will work with students in one-on-one, small group, and inclusion settings. The CCS Academic Enrichment and Curriculum Assistance Program is an integrated effort that is reflective of our school’s philosophy and curriculum.

Initiated in 2013, the CCS-AEP/CA offers a full range of individual evaluations, diagnostic testing, classroom observations, support, consultation, and enrichment services through two highly experienced, Hill Center certified staff: Pam Averill and Debra (Deb K) Kropiewnicki.  Additionally, Mrs. Kirsten Elks was hired in 2016 to serve the needs of our middle school students.  Our goal is to provide quality services to all families who choose to participate in the program.  Participation is strictly optional and will be available on a first come, first serve basis, as slots are limited.

The CCS-AEP/CA offers the following:
