Friday, November 17, 2017 Chicken Dinner Fundraiser
Each Christ Covenant School family was issued 5 chicken dinner tickets to purchase and/or sell. These tickets were sent home in student book bags on 10/19.
You may pay for your tickets online using the link below or submit a check to the school office for $40 (please include Chicken Dinner in the memo line).
Additional tickets are available in the Upper and Lower School offices.
We will deliver to any local business or family within a 10 mile radius from the school (746 Worthington Road, Winterville, NC) if 10 or more plates are purchased.
Business Orders may be placed one of two ways:
1. Using our online ordering: Chicken Dinner Business Orders; or
2. Using our hard copy form: Chicken Dinner Business Order (hard copy form.
Business orders do not require individual tickets. You may pay for these business orders using this online form or you may submit a check at the time of delivery. The deadline for receipt of Business orders has been extended to Tuesday, November 14.

Attention Christ Covenant Families: The link below provides a way to pay for your 5 chicken dinner tickets online.
The tickets are $8 each. Your plate includes: 1/2 Chicken in our special sauce, green beans, potatoes, roll.
Dinners may be picked up at the Upper School, 746 Worthington Road, Winterville on Friday, November 17 anytime from 10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Pay for your tickets using the link below or by submitting a check to the US or LS office with "Chicken Dinner Fundraiser" written in the memo line.
Payment for these 5 tickets is due by Thursday, November 9.
Friday, November 17 Hot Lunch
Lower School: We WILL NOT be serving chicken dinner meals at the Lower School this year. Lower School students will be receiving the scheduled Moes Hot Lunch that day.
To do: Students wanting lunch on the newly created hot lunch day of November 21 should log on RenWeb and place an order. Also, families who want their Upper School student to receive a chicken dinner plate should order that plate through RenWeb hot lunch ordering procedures for November 17.
We absolutely could not do this without our wonderful parent and grandparent volunteers. Please take a moment to sign up to help with this event. There is something for everyone from gathering boxes to helping set up to cleaning to serving on the plate packer line.
